The beautifully restored Grade Il listed barns blend rustic charm with modern comfort, offering peaceful spaces to rest, restore, and reconnect. With starlit skies, tranquil surroundings, and a welcoming family-run atmosphere, it's the perfect setting for mindfulness, movement, and rejuvenation.

Over the course of this nourishing weekend, you'll reconnect with yourself through yoga, meditation, and reflective practices, while learning practical tools for winter wellbeing inspired by Ayurveda. About the Hosts
Mark
Mark is a highly experienced yoga teacher and teacher trainer with a passion for creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where people can explore movement, breath, and self-awareness. As founder of Millpond Yoga, he bringssignificant experience in guiding students of all levels through practices that are both grounded and transformative.
Known for his warm, down-to-earth teaching style, Mark blends traditional yoga philosophy with accessible, thoughtful sequencing. He has trained and mentored dozens of new teachers, and continues to deepen his own practice through ongoing study and community engagement.
Whether leading a group class, a retreat session, or a teacher training module, Mark creates a calm, supportive environment that encourages connection—within and with others.
Clare
With over 25 years of experience in the food industry, your host Clare brings a deep understanding of how what we eat, and how we eat it, shapes how we live. A journey through yoga—and a connection with guides and teachers—led her to discover Ayurveda, where her love of food found a natural, holistic home.
Trained in Ayurveda and complementary therapies, Clarefounded Millpond Wellness to share these ancient practices and help others reconnect with their health and wellbeing. In partnership with Mark at Millpond Yoga, she now runs workshops, retreats, and short courses that blend nourishing food, mindful movement, and seasonal self-care.
Throughout this retreat, Clare will mindfully prepare nourishing food, with love.

Amiee
Aimee is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher, massage therapist, and Reiki Master who brings over a decade of study, practice, and deep connection to the ancient healing arts of India. Her journey began with Ayurvedic massage training under the guidance of Ayurvedic doctors in India—an experience that sparked a lifelong love for the country and its wisdom. Since then, she has returned to India multiple times for further yoga teacher trainings and to deepen her understanding of its spiritual traditions.
Aimee combines her extensive background in Yoga, Ayurvedic Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Cupping, and Reiki to offer a truly holistic approach to wellbeing. Her work is grounded in both ancient practices and modern techniques, making her sessions deeply restorative and profoundly effective.
Aimee’s presence brings a calm, nurturing energy to the retreat, helping you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner clarity.
