Can I come along if I’m new to yoga
Yes absolutely, my classes are suitable for all beginners and seasoned yogis alike
Do I need to bring anything with me
I have everything you need at the studio but you are always welcome to bring your own mat and props if you prefer
What style of yoga to you teach
I teach a flowing class taking inspiration from ashtanga and Vinyasa, starting with sun salutations finishing with deep rest
